We offer an e-Bike rental to make it easy for those without a rental car to enjoy sightseeing. You can easily explore the attractions of the southern area, including supermarkets, hot springs, the sea, rivers, and waterfalls. Enjoy fun and convenient transportation while staying close to nature. We encourage you to take advantage of this bike.

  • 1 Hour　¥500（初回利用は2時間から）
  • Whole Day (3:00-22:00)　¥3,000
• 土日祝/Holiday：
  • 1 Hour　¥700 (Minimum 2 hours for first-time users)
  • Whole Day (3:00-22:00)　¥3,500

◤予約方法 / How to reserve◢

1. 下記「予約する」ボタンのリンク先にあるカレンダーから、利用開始時間と返却時間のリクエストを送信ください。
2. 予約承認メールの受信後、レセプションでの支払いをお願いします。
3. e-Bikeの操作説明の完了の後、使用することができます。

◤注意事項 / Important Notes◢

• 使用方法の説明や鍵の受け渡しが必要です。急な予約には対応ができないため、早めの予約をお願いします。 また、初回利用での当日夜間や翌日早朝利用の場合、19時までに使用方法の説明を受けてもらう必要があります。
• Co-Resident（宿泊滞在者）以外の方は利用できません。未チェックイン、チェックアウト後の利用はできません。
• レンタサイクル保険に加入していますが、対象範囲は「他人の身体・生命を害したとき」「他人の財物を損壊したとき」の賠償責任に対し、上限1億円（1名・1事故）の補償となります。下記について了承ください：
  • 自身の傷害、自転車の盗難については対象外です。
  • 保険の適応を超える責任については、ユーザー自身の責任となります。
  • 保険適応のため、利用者情報は正しい情報を入力してください。
• キャンセルの場合は以下の取消料が発生します。
  • 前々日19:00まで： 無料
  • 前日19:00まで： 料金の25%
  • 利用開始時間まで： 料金の50%
  • 利用開始時間以降： 料金の100%

• An orientation and key handover are required before use. We cannot accommodate last-minute reservations, so please book in advance. For first-time users planning to ride in the evening or early the next morning, the orientation must be completed by 7:00 PM.
• e-Bikes are available for Co-Residents (overnight guests) only. They cannot be used before check-in or after check-out.
• We provide bicycle liability insurance, which covers damages up to 100 million yen (per person, per accident) in cases where you cause injury or harm to another person, or damage to someone else’s property. Please note:
  • Personal injury to yourself and theft of the bicycle are not covered.
  • Any responsibility beyond the scope of this insurance will fall on the user.
  • For insurance coverage to apply, please make sure to enter accurate user information.
• In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
  • Up to 7:00 PM two days before: Free
  • Up to 7:00 PM the day before: 25% of the fee
  • Up to the scheduled start time: 50% of the fee
  • After the scheduled start time: 100% of the fee </aside>
